I had many questions ranging from wood-burning fireplace selection to installation, how to move heat around our house and to avoid dirty glass. Wade was wonderfully helpful and took all the time we needed to help us feel secure about our purchase. He helped us select a model that would best fit our heating needs and aesthetic preferences. Fircrest's prices were better than local competitors that we visited based on the same models.
